Multiverse and oc friendly! I do request OCs have some information and a rules page, just so I can get acquainted beforehand. For OCs, I do request they NOT act like they know him right off the bat. It's just bad etiquette, and he'll probably react poorly anyway.
I am multiship and do not do cheating plots. All ships take part in their own little universes, and I'm open to a lot of different ships. I'm also open to polyships if all parties are interested. That said, I prefer chemistry, but I'm just as good with pre-established if you want to talk it out!
NSFW may appear on this blog. Only in the form of text, and everything will be cut and tagged appropriately. It won't be super common as I hc this guy as demisexual, but it still may show up, and I just want folks to be prepared. Obviously I do not expect someone to rp NSFW content if they don't want to; fade to blacks are equally fine in scenes if both parties are comfy!
I will try to tag all common triggers. Most of the triggers that may show up regard war trauma, PTSD and trauma responses, and discussions of violence and conflict. I do request things like eye and hand trauma/gore be tagged, as those are big triggers of mine. All things I tag will be under "trigger cw."

Forged under the name Flyhigh, Arm the Lonely the 'bot who would become Misfire honestly suffered a lot more than some people would think as the war went on. Dealing with what was at the time undiagnosed ADHD, his superiors took great displeasure in his inability to focus and his tendency to forget important tasks- this led to a lot of brutal punishments throughout the war that would stick with the mech for a very long time to come. Of course, things were only going to get worse for him.He gained his more famous nickname following an incident that involved a "machine gun, a misunderstanding, and a dozen dead Decepticons." Tried and incarcerated for the deed, Misfire was being transported on a prisoner escort ship piloted by Crankcase when the vessel was hijacked by Krok and Spinister, who had come to rescue him at the dying request of their mutual friend Thundersaur. The trio locked up Crankcase, and soon after, picked up Flywheels, who had been drifting in deep space following his escape from Garrus-9. The trio welcomed him to their misfit crew, dubbed the "Foragers" by Krok, but Misfire was sure they could think of a better name. In time, they did; with Crankcase welcomed into their ranks, they became known as the "Scavengers."For Misfire, this was an ideal life. He worked with Krok pretty frequently to overcome his anxiety over his tics and stims, and though he still struggles with it at times, he's genuinely come a long way... especially by the time they added the next couple of members to their merry band: Fulcrum and Grimlock. It didn't take long for Misfire, gregarious and outgoing despite his sometimes maliciously mischievous nature, to warm up to both of them... especially to Grimlock, with whom he felt a sort of kinship considering their shared unique states. And Misfire, in a show of kindness that may have surprised some, took it on himself to work on rehabilitating and acclimating Grimlock, no matter how long it may take.After a pretty unprecedented number of misadventures, the Scavengers made the decision to help out as many lost Decepticons needing help like them as they could, and Misfire's really taken to his new life. Still struggling with some of his more self-detrimental tics, he's nonetheless pleased to be able to stay with his friends and with Grimlock.
